90-day return policy:

If you regret or for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product you purchased within 90 days from the date of purchase in the original package that has not yet been opened and with an original receipt. The product can also be returned by sending a package to the bookstore address.

Refund:

We will exchange the product for you or refund your money according to the method of payment in which the transaction was made (for example, credit card payments will be credited to the original card through which you paid). But there will be no credit for the shipment.

Terms of return policy

Please note that opened discs are not included in the exchange and return policy.
The bookstore reserves the right not to exchange a product or to win for it if it does not meet the terms of the exchange and return policy.
An ID card may be required.

The products will be delivered by an independent shipping company and / or Israel Post and / or other means of shipping, all - as specified in the order confirmation document (" the shipping company ") and is subject to the terms and policies of the shipping company.
The products will be delivered during the delivery date specified in the order confirmation document, to the delivery point, in the territory of the State of Israel (except areas restricted for security) - to the customer's home or other collection point, specified in the order confirmation document (" Delivery point ").
